The Dark Angels: With Wings (The Dark Angels #1)
AUTHOR’S BLURB: The lights go down and stage lights up. The Dark Angels have arrived. With his come-hither voice and body made for sin, lead singer Angel Luv draws lovers like a magnet. And when he caresses and taunts shy guitarist Darius Stone on stage, well…it’s an act, right? But every touch lights a fire, and every flirtatious glance chips away at Dare’s certainty that he’s straight. No one else has so captured his imagination.
Temptation beckons. It’s hard not to notice the want in Dare’s eyes, the way he stares when he thinks Angel’s not watching. One wrong move might scare him away, but a work trip to exotic Bali might be the perfect place to let Dare explore his sexuality, with none to be the wiser. But their “friends with benefits” pact has an expiration date, that just might sour their friendship.
MY REVIEW: The struggle for Dare was painful, scary and annoying. And I mean that in both his own struggle and Angel’s struggle to be with him. The timeline came out rather freeform, but not everyone cares about the details like I do, so it probably won’t be noticeable to many. The character of Angel is by far the better of the two in my opinion, though obviously, some will feel otherwise. We’ll just agree to disagree. You can tell just by this first book, the series will be fantasy-based (I-wish-my-life-was-like type, not genre) with mostly reality-based reactions of the characters. That’s neither good nor bad. Just the story’s or the writer’s preference.
The Dark Angels: Tied Together (The Dark Angels #2)
AUTHOR’S BLURB: Josh has loved Robin since the day they met, although he never dared to follow his heart. After the two are kicked out of their house, a night of despair turns into a night of discovery, forever changing them both. One taste of his dream leaves Josh hungry for more, but Robin’s fear of abandonment forces him to pull back, denying them both.
Their fortunes changed. Josh and Robin are now in the limelight with legendary megaband The Dark Angels, but Robin is still the scared little boy inside the rock star who isn’t convinced he won’t be left behind. He clings tightly to the word “brother” because stepbrothers can’t leave, right?
There’s only one way for Josh to prove to Robin, now and forever, that the love tying them together can never be broken.

MY REVIEW: This gives you bittersweet and yearning, but doesn’t get too heavy. And it has plenty of sexy times, though It’s kind of repetitive how the MCs always seem to be done within a minute of getting started and take almost no time for recovery before they are ready to go again. Not that I’m begging for constant hours-long sessions or once a week recovery. Just maybe something that doesn’t feel so underdeveloped and unrealistic? Of course, the underdeveloped thing may be deliberate, as the characters have usually kept their interactions quick, though later on it’s mentioned how they know their partner’s bodies so well from having explored it so much… Maybe it’s just me, feeling the signals are a bit mixed.
The love can’t be denied between these two, though, which is the biggest saving grace and selling point to this story. And the series draws you in.
Finally Fallen (The Dark Angels #3)
AUTHOR’S BLURB: What’s the use of being a rock legend if you have no one to share the fame and fortune with? Not that Dusty Davis is looking. He’s content taking care of himself, his bandmates, and his rambunctious younger brothers.
And while the rest of The Dark Angels are happily paired with men, Dusty can’t be gay. A night in a club brings him face to face with the woman of his dreams. J is articulate, well-read, witty, and smart. How could Dusty not finally fall?
J didn’t mean to deceive Dusty; he introduced himself as Justin, after all. He didn’t realize the drummer heard, “Justine” and missed the other cues. Dusty’s declarations of love sounded too good to be true. After all, who could possibly want someone as broken as Justin?
But the heart wants what the heart wants, and love knows no gender.
Happy Holidays (The Dark Angels #4)
AUTHOR’S BLURB: What do you get when you cross a hot rock and roll band with a bag of sex toys? The Dark Angels: Happy Hanukkah.
What do kinky sex toys and Hanukkah have to do with each other? Absolutely nothing unless you’re a member of the famous rock band The Dark Angels and the quiet Robin presents his band members with gifts guaranteed to spice up the holidays! Each couple makes the most of these unique gifts blending love and orgasmic fun to REALLY celebrate the festival of lights. As the band is playing with their toys, Andrew and Zack are still circling each other without resolution. Maybe a present from the fairy keyboard player will get them in the right frame of mind.

Lock and Key (Entwined Dreams series #1)
AUTHOR’S BLURB: Rejected. Heartbroken. Devastated.
Zack Davis wanted to serve only one man, Andrew Nikeman. He was denied because Andrew thought he was too young and because their brothers were together. So Zack crushed his submissive tendencies and focused on being the perfect Dom, giving every sub he played with something he couldn’t have.
After years of denying his submissive side, Entwined’s charity auction “Are you Dom Enough to be a sub?” gives Zack an excuse to get a little of what he’s always craved.
Andrew doesn’t know when his infatuation turned into more, but it kills him to see Zack with a constant parade of submissives. He’d refused to jeopardize his brother’s relationship or become Zack’s regret; however, Zack isn’t a kid anymore, and his brother’s relationship is unbreakable. Now Zack’s popularity and success as a Dom might ruin Andrew’s dreams of collaring him, but he can’t wait any longer to confess his feelings or he risks losing the man he loves forever.
