Fake Love by Peter Styles

AUTHOR’S BLURB: What does one do when the find their fiance in between a woman’s legs when they’re supposed to marry you in a little over a month?

You break up.

For Ethan, that was the easy part. The hard part was admitting it to his mother, who only recently accepted her son was gay. Ethan didn’t have the courage to tell her she was going to lose her deposit on a thirty thousand wedding. He figured the least he could do was tell her face to face he was no longer getting married.

That’s what he thought he was going to do. That’s what he planned to do. But life had a way of never going according to plan. Instead, life threw him Nathan Patterson: a tall, cowboy specimen from Texas who just happening to be looking for him. In one week, Ethan got a replacement fiancé, a reason to go forward with his wedding and a new look at love at first sight.

MY REVIEW: This was a good story that left you taut with tension throughout the reading, wondering what was coming next. There were people to rile your temper, main characters to like and situations to laugh at. The only part I didn’t like was the abrupt ending, but it didn’t take from the story, really.
I received a free advance reader copy of this book in exchange for an honest & unbiased review.
